Before becoming an Administrative Scrivener, I walked three different paths in life.
The first was studying in China. After graduating from Miyazaki Kita Senior High School, I went to study at Northwest University in China, where I acquired the Chinese language. The experience of diving into an environment with a completely different language and culture became the starting point from which I came to understand, first-hand, how challenging it is to live in a foreign country.
The second was my time as a systems engineer in Tokyo. For approximately 9 years, I worked on organizing complex specifications and delivering work products without errors. The precision of documents and the logical construction of arguments required for immigration applications were cultivated in that period.
The third was the clinical setting as a nurse. After returning to Miyazaki, I worked while attending nursing vocational school, and served as an assistant nurse (approx. 2 years) and registered nurse (approx. 4 years), for a total of about 6 years. Through my experience providing medical interpretation for Chinese and American patients, I came to realize first-hand on the front line how greatly a language barrier can unsettle a person.
An Administrative Scrivener with this background, specializing in the immigration procedures of foreign nationals here in Miyazaki: that is the greatest distinguishing feature of our office. Chinese-language support goes without saying. We promise to convey the complexity of the system in plain, understandable terms, to prepare documents with precision, and to walk alongside our clients well after the application is filed.
